Orders are delivered by PostNL, DHL Express, DPD, FedEx or GLS. Delivery is free. If extra shipping costs apply (for example for remote areas or express shipping), you will see them at checkout.

The carrier sends you a Track & Trace code so you can follow your delivery. Does the delivery time not suit you? You can arrange a new time with the carrier. If no new time is arranged and nobody is at home at delivery, costs may be charged.

If the item is not what you wanted, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. Simply contact our customer service. The item must be (back) in as-new condition. If it is not, costs may be charged. For large items, we schedule a collection. Small items can be dropped off at a parcel point.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than needed to try the product, we may charge you for this loss in value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.

We process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. We refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, to your chosen payment method no later than 14 days after you register the return.

Statutory European right of withdrawal:

• After the return is registered, the full amount is refunded within 14 days, provided the conditions of the right of withdrawal are met.
