What do I need to know about shipping?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Monaco, Italy, Spain and Switzerland, as well as to the French overseas territories (DOM/TOM). All our treadmills ship for free. Please note that remote areas may have surcharges. These are shown at checkout.

When will my treadmill be delivered?
Orders placed before 12:00 are delivered within 2 working days if in stock. With track and trace!
Can I return my products?
Not happy after all? Within 30 days, we collect treadmills free of charge. In that case, please make sure the treadmill is as close to new condition as possible and in its original packaging.

Do I get a warranty on your products?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty as standard. If there is a problem, a technician will visit your home, or we will replace the treadmill free of charge.
